Update Billing Method in Customer Portal

 

Updating your payment information is quick and secure through our online customer portal. Follow the steps below to add, update, or replace your credit card on file.

 

Step 1: Access the Customer Portal

  1. Open your web browser.
  2. Go to the Customer Portal provided in your invoice email by selecting Pay or Manage Account
    or
  3. Enter the portal address directly in your browser: https://alldeadpestcontrol.serviceworkportal.com
 

Step 2: Log In to Your Account

  1. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  2. Enter your account number when prompted. Account numbers can be found in the upper right hand box of your work order.
  3. Continue into the portal.
 

Step 3: Open the Billing or Payment Section

  1. Once logged in, in upper right hand corner of the screen locate and select the “Your Account”  drop down menu.
  2. Select “Credit Cards”.
 

Step 4: Add/Delete or Update Your Credit Card Information

  1. Review the authorization message displayed on the screen.
  2. To delete a credit card on file simply select the trash can  “” next to the card you’d like to delete.
  3. Enter your new:
    • Credit card number
    • Expiration date
    • CVV security code
    • Billing ZIP code
  4. If you would like for this card to be used for autopay on your account please select “Set Auto Pay”.  This will only auto pay new invoices. It will not pay already posted or older invoices.
  5. Confirm or save the updated card information.
 

Step 5: Confirm Your Update

  1. Once submitted, your new credit card will be securely saved to your account.
  2. The updated card will be used for future payments or authorized automatic charges, depending on your service agreement.
 

Step 6: Now Pay Open Invoices

  1. On the main menu select Invoices.
  2. Next to each open invoice there is a red button to “View & Pay” the invoice. You may print invoices here a well.
  3. Now you can simply select “Pay (USD)” via credit card or you can make a payment via the “PayPal” button.
 

Step 7: Log Out

  1. You may log out at any time by selecting the “Your Account” dropdown in the upper right corner where you will see the “Log Out” option.
